Condition of Items
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and opened skincare products are not eligible for return.
